Hello! My name is Mark Goetz, and welcome my portfolio! I work as a User Experience Architect with Sears Holdings Corporation in Chicago. Previously, I've worked for WebMediaBrands, as well as the University of Michigan and Harvard University.

My passion is in user research, and I am most interested in learning how people react to the newest technology, and applying that knowledge to help technology have the most positive impact on people's daily lives. My other areas of expertise include information design and visualization, web development, mobile computing, and sensemaking.
